More than 180 students from primary and secondary schools from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina (Banja Luka, Brčko, Brod, Bugojno, Doboj, Foča, Glamoč, Ilijaš, Kačuni - Busovača, Kalesija, Lukavac, Fojnica - Gojevići, Maglaj, Odžak, Prnjavor, Sarajevo, Srebrenik, Tuzla and Živinice) participated on April 4th in the fourth edition of the Festival of Museum Pedagogy (Night at the Museum) at the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska.

The Night at the Museum, the Festival of Museum Pedagogy, is organized by the Educational Center for Democracy and Human Rights CIVITAS, in collaboration with the American Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the beginning of the programme, participants were addressed by Sarita Vujković, PhD and Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska and Sandra Sladaković, Director of CIVITAS Festival Night,  and the festival was officially opened by Charles Blake.

The programme at the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska began with a tour of the museum and professional guided tours through the current exhibition "Perceptions: The Beauty of a Flower Is in the Pickig’’. After the exhibition, students and teachers were divided into three groups and participated in three workshops: Animation Lab with director and animator Mladen Đukić, Dance Lab with choreographer and dance instructor Željka Đukić, and the workshop "Hands Do What the Heart Feels" with the artist Sandra Dukić.

In addition to the Night in int Museum research labs, this year also implied the installation of improvised beds in the exhibition space of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska, where students and teachers spent the night watching projections of animated films.
