The exhibition “Fifty Years of the Banja Luka Autumn Salon” was organised to mark the 50th anniversary since the launch of this momentous biennial Yugoslav festival of fine arts.

This is an exhibition of works selected from Drаginja and Vojo Terzić’s fine collection of Yugoslav paintings, once reputed to be the most numerous in the territory of the former Yugoslavia.

The exhibition includes the remaining drawings from the WWII/Partisan portfolio of the Slovene artist Božidаr Jаkac, property of the Museum of the 2nd AVNOJ Convention in Jajce, which have been kept in the depot of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska since 1995.

With this exhibition the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska commemorated 70 years since the death of the great Serbian painter Sаva Šumаnović.

The concept of the exhibition “Microstories” problematises the context of gender identity policies as found in contemporary female art.

The exhibition “A Changeable Body” is a selection of works by the Banja Luka-based artist Borjаna Mrđa that includes paintings, drawings, photographs, installations and videos.

In the period between 28 February and 27 October, the exhibitions “Multioriginals from the MSURS Collection”, “Bаnjаlook 3 – Graphic Design in the Republic of Srpska” and the Slobodаn Drаgаš Bequest “To My City", organised by the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska
