Gallery PLUS is a new showroom of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Republic of Srpska and it will officially be open on 26th August 2016, with the exhibition that shows works of local artists with which the Museum has already collaborated and whose works had previously been exhibited in the Museum's previous showroom.

Three years after losing the showroom which was located in the Kralja Alfonsa XIII Street, and thanks to the initiative of Banjaluka's Mayor Slobodan Gavranović, the Museum will get to use the new space, which was given over by the Cultural Center- Banski dvor. This was made posibble thanks to the Agreement of Collaboration, which was made between these two institutions.By opening the Gallery PLUS which satisfies contemporary criteria and professional standards that are required for exhibiting spaces, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Republic of Srpska will once again have the opportunity to provide an adequate space for presentation and promotion of young artists.Unlike the previous showroom, the new and adapted Gallery PLUS showroom has a larger exhibiting space, and its new attractive location (Srpska Street 10) will provide artists of various profiles with the possibility of promoting their works.By exhibiting the works of local artists with which the new showroom will be open, the Museum wishes to invite all the artists that are interested in making their art more visible to the public to showcase their works in the showroom.Besides selling artworks, the Gallery PLUS will also serve as a place for the promotion and sale of  works of applied art, books and other publications that are related to art, unique souvenirs and Museum's promotional materials, as well as the place where smaller exhibitions will be organised.
