In an event accompanying her exhibition “A Shapeshifting Body”, Borjаna Mrđa promoted her first book of poetry, “A Seamstress with Holy Scissors”, which she initially presented at the prestigious Leipzig International Book Fair. Tаnjа Stupаr Trifunović and Dr.Sc. Tаtjаnа Bijelić, the book reviewers, spoke alongside the author.

“‘A Seamstress with Holy Scissors’ enthralls the reader with its rich language, thematic variety and uncompromising look at the world. The poetess’s approach to quotidian topics and spiritual reflection is authentic, and she artfully combines a myriad poetic and non-poetic discourses, playing with scientific and information jargon by creating synergies of images and sounds.  Another promotion took place the same evening. Dr.Sc. Sаritа Vujković presented the catalogue of Borjаna Mrđa’s exhibition “A Changeable Body”, which she spoke about as both the exhibition curator and author of the catalogue text.
