The Project Biennial of Contemporary Art "D-0 АRК Underground" is a unique contemporary art project.

It is held at the nuclear shelter in Konjic, a most fascinating underground military facility built in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, listed in 2014 as a cultural and historical monument of national importance for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Three editions of the Biennial Project have been staged to date, with 125 artworks by 90 participants from 32 countries permanently exhibited at the Konjic Nuclear War Headquarters. The quality of the exhibits is best attested by the fact that as many as 75 of the participating artists have represented their home countries at

the Venice Biennale, and that all the selectors/curators of the Konjic Biennial Project have also curated their national pavilions for this world’s most prestigious contemporary art event.

The speakers at the promotion were Prof. Dr.Sc. Jerko Denegri (Belgrade), art historian and critic and one of the authors of the book "Project D-0 АRК", Branko Frančeski (Zagreb), art historian, curator of the 2nd Edition of "D-0 АRК Underground" and member of the Biennial Project Council, and Edo Hozić (Sarajevo), founder and director of the Project Biennial of Contemporary Art "D-0 АRК Underground".
