"Space, Form, Touch" is the first exhibition organised in this region that is fully adjusted for the blind and visually impaired. It is a project of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska implemented with the professional assistance of the Typhlological Museum in Zagreb.

The exhibition is dedicated to the "Space–Form" art group founded in 1975 and includes drawings, prints, paintings and sculptures from the MSURS collection. The group began its activities in Banja Luka in the 1970’s by introducing abstraction to Bosnian-Herzegovinian art.

The exhibition marks forty years since the establishment of the group, which comprised nine artists: Tomislav Dugonjić, Enes Mundžić, Bekir Misirlić, Ljubomir Perčinlić, Edin Numankadić, Vojo Dimitrijević, Nikola Njirić, Mustafa Skopljak and Radoslav Tadić.

The aim of the exhibition is to present abstract artwork, as part of the valuable cultural heritage kept at MSURS, in a way that complies with the contemporary standards of museology, primarily to make them accessible to the blind and visually impaired.

Presenting museum items in a way to enable the inclusion of the blind and visually impaired required that the works be specially prepared and adapted for the exhibition. The exhibits thus include downsize tactile replicas of the works, pieces adapted through the use of sounds and smells, as well as original touchable pieces. All the exhibits are displayed along with descriptive Braille labels and sound recordings of background artist information and interpretations of the concepts behind the works.
